Registered Psychotherapist
MELISSA MELIA DUNN
I believe in everyone's ability to feel whole—a life of purpose, confidence, calm, and meaningful connections with others. My approach is integrative and culturally responsive; with training in Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems and trauma-focused CBT.
My sessions prioritize collaboration, validation, and compassion to facilitate safe and comfortable healing and growth. Together we can identify goals that foster new actions and experiences; ones that cultivate connection, joy, and wholeness within yourself and your relationships.
I am a mother and married to my partner. I also have over 11 years of lived experience in the fast-paced, corporate world leading large teams, which offered key moments of navigating burnout, balance and developing strong communication skills. While these concepts of my identity may offer shared elements of the human experience, I will always look to you as the expert of your own experience.
