Living with persistent pain can feel overwhelming and frustrating. It brings both emotional and physical challenges that can affect your everyday life and relationships in ways others might not fully understand. 

Together, we’ll explore the emotional and physical sides of your experience, giving you the space to process what you’ve been through, what you are going through, and find ways to move forward.

We bring together psychotherapy and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) to help retrain the brain to interpret pain signals as not only less threatening but in a way that creates safety and regulation. We can explore your pain story, identify triggers, and build tools to manage flare-ups with more ease. We also focus on developing self-compassion, self-advocacy and communication skills so you can feel supported—both within yourself and in your relationships and care team.

Whether you’re a teen just starting to experience menstrual changes and navigating the ups and downs of this new chapter of adolescence, or an adult managing long-term pain including pain stemming from endometriosis, we’re here to create a safe, compassionate space for you.
